We ship across India, and the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through our delivery partner’s website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for most pincodes.

Please ensure you are available at the time of delivery to receive the package and make the payment.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at support@luvic.in within 24 hours with photos of the package.
