You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.

2. Easy Exchange Process

Ordered the wrong size or want a different color? We offer a seamless exchange process. If the replacement item is available in our inventory, we will arrange a swap for you. If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Refund Procedure

Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a quick quality check. Upon approval:

  • For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet) within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount directly to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.

  • Customized or personalized products made specifically for you.

  • Products that show signs of wear, tear, or damage after delivery.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your request and arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
