Ordered the wrong size or want a different color? We offer a seamless exchange process. If the replacement item is available in our inventory, we will arrange a swap for you. If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.
3. Refund Procedure
Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a quick quality check. Upon approval:

For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet) within 5–7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount directly to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned:
